Brother Steve, reminds me of being a faithful friend from the gospel that no matter what the circumstances that he had to face or the obstacles in his way---he would carry his friends and even tear through the roof if he had to—to get them to the feet of his Savior & Healer—Jesus the Christ. What a friend to have in this life. It was a blessing in my life to have such a faithful friend with such energy and enthusiasm in serving the Lord and being there to care for others in need. In ministry we find a few friends who are willing to walk with us on the journey of serving Christ and helping others to know our Lord & Savior along the WAY. My prayer for us all is that we come together as FAITHFUL FRIENDS—willing to carry people who need to know Christ and be healed by His divine touch upon their lives. We may need to bring our strength, tools of faith, and fearlessness to tear through the barriers that may keep us from knowing and being known by Christ in this world. There is nothing that should stop us from bringing people to the feet of Jesus Christ for healing and salvation. When we carry the burdens together the weight upon our shoulders is easier to handle. Then we can lift our spirits to find a way to open the door, window, roof, or pierce the darkness with the light and love of Christ that we each possess within us. The power and presence of our faithfulness shines through in our friendships that bring us closer to Christ.
